Amrita Mitra is a lawyer with 34+ years’ experience. She has started her career in 1989 in the Supreme Court of India with JBD & Co. She also worked in PWC for over a decade and has day to day experience in civil, litigation, having appeared several times before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and different High Courts. She has experience of setting up and growing sustainable practices in the field of indirect taxes, litigation, advisory services and corporate governance.

She’s an expert in GST and has helped the organisation to grow in order to meet corporate challenges and manoeuvre the way around increasingly complex indirect tax systems.
